I didn’t go to the gym this morning either. The good news is that I think I’ll be healthy again for next week… the bad news is that I haven’t made progress in the past two weeks and actually gained a couple. Sucks.

I’m still getting over this cold and almost passed out this morning. I wanted to do 25 minutes, but that wasn’t gonna happen.

Gained some after not working out for almost a week and eating poorly… Hopefully I can lose a couple over the next few days.
